We assist in the early design phase to determine which products will achieve the design vision, accommodate unique details, cladding types and wall assemblies, and support the specification process so requirements are met when the project goes to bid.
Thermal Performance Assessment
We evaluate the proposed system for thermal performance to ensure it meets or exceeds code as designed. When performance is lacking, our team proposes changes needed to reach the project’s thermal goals.
Preliminary Structural Analysis
When requested, the Knight Wall team analyzes the structural performance of the proposed wall assembly to confirm required wind, dead and seismic loads.
Custom Fabrication
When specific conditions require a custom bracket, girt or rail—such as a unique detail, extended cavity depth or heavy cladding panel—our team is prepared to develop and specify a custom solution.

Our estimating team reviews drawings and specifications, marks up the full project to measure quantities and provides a cost estimate. We verify that the proposed system works as designed, recommend alternatives when needed, and can optimize spacing and system design to reduce material and labor costs.
