Warranty
KNIGHT WALL SYSTEMS® enable owners and designers to easily and efficiently fulfill design demands while meeting the requirements of structural and thermal performance. The single-source solutions for pre-engineered, tested, rainscreen cladding support systems with limited warranties help assure long-lasting performance in the building envelope and increased energy efficiency.
KNIGHT WALL SYSTEMS® offers two limited warranty options:
10-year Limited Warranty
10-year Limited Warranty of cladding support system, including structural failure of the system when supplied and installed per manufacturer’s requirements, commencing on date of Substantial Completion.
• Includes labor and material for removal and replacement of defective material.
• Includes labor and material to remove and reinstall cladding, finish closures, and accessories necessary to access defective material.
• Project specific engineering by KWS® must be submitted and wall anchors must be purchased from KWS® for a 10-year limited warranty to be issued.
5-year Limited Warranty
5-year Limited Warranty of defective material when supplied and installed per manufacturer’s requirements, commencing on date of Substantial Completion.
Project Close
Upon completion of the project, during project closeout procedures, KWS® must submit a copy of the full limited warranty for the owner to have on file.
